Shopping smart!
Throwing parties can be expensive, it doesn't have to be, but it often adds up. Shopping in stages allows you to spread the cost out, rather than having to fork it all out at once. If you're doing your grocery shopping, maybe throw in some of the drinks you need. Next week, purchase some of the snacks.
As for your decor, if you're throwing a big party and need a large quantity of certain things... Look online! Some websites have incredible deals on bulk items! Embrace online shopping!
It requires a little bit of planning ahead and knowing what you're going to provide at your event - but it is a little friendlier on the bank account ;)

Wedding Sunday. What is more relaxing then flicking through lovely images of beautiful weddings!
Today's wedding is Sara & Chris's gorgeous whimsical garden wedding! We'd just like to start off by saying... Look at the aisle!! Imagine walking underneath those stunning tree arches, glittering with twinkly lights! This beautiful venue is Hartley Botanica in Los Angeles. Sara's incredible White by Vera Wang dress is jaw dropping, the subtle blush colour is lovely.

Easter is so soon and you can't have Easter without eggs!
We rounded up some beautiful decorated eggs, in many different styles - so hopefully there is one to your liking. Our favourites are the metallic ones! We're loving anything metallic at the moment.

Tip Tuesday 12 is all about food. Who doesn't love it, right?
Food styling is such an underestimated thing that instantly takes your event to the next level. Some foods have the most gorgeous colours and textures and can look absolutely stunning if they're styled nicely. It won't matter too much if they don't get eaten because they will make your table look beautiful as well. Two in one! Score!
As you're planning (always plan, plan, plan your menu!) see if you can incorporate beautiful foods, as they're much more exciting than bland, plain brown coloured dishes!

Everything about this wedding is dreamy. The venue. The dress. The tablescapes...
The gorgeous ivory lace masterpiece the bride is wearing is a Claire Pettibone dress and it is stunning! It was the first dress she tried out of 10 different styles and she absolutely fell in love with it. The affair was held at the picturesque Sunstone Villa in Santa Ynez. We think that vineyards are a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos.
We love the tablescapes too! They're so simple, but so elegant and beautiful. Something that we spoke about in our most recent Tip Tuesday, tablescapes don't have to be busy to be beautiful. The bride enlisted Mindy Rice to help her with the gorgeous understated florals and Stone Cold Fox for the bridesmaid dresses.
This wedding is so beautiful! We hope you love it just as much as we did!
